NPC South Sudan on Thursday participated in the workshop organized by MDI on the curriculum for diploma in journalism and multimedia. The event was held at AMDISS and was attended by other media partners and academician.

At the event, NPC-SS program coordinator Mr. Poverty Alfred recommended for the in cooperation of digital safety in some of the programs for journalists to take care of content offline and online that is data at rest and on transit. He also urged for addition of other courses like health reporting, wildlife, Economic, environmental reporting to complement the courses during the diploma program period.

 

“Adding this content will diversify journalism work in the country so that they choose a specific specialization as mentioned on the curriculum” he noted
